• International buses from Savannakhet or Vientiane to Hanoi, Hue, Vinh, or Da Nang are recommended for smoother procedures.

Cambodia: The Cambodia–Vietnam border has reopened, and bus services are gradually returning:

Getting to Vietnam by Boat

Currently, limited cruise routes operate from Thailand and Singapore to Vietnam, while other international cruise services are expected to resume in the future.
