8:00 AM: Our friendly, English-speaking local tour guide and driver will welcome you at Ha Long Sun Harbor Shipyard with a welcome sign. We then depart for Yen Tu Pagoda, enjoying a scenic drive of approximately one hour.
9:15 AM: Arrive at Yen Tu and begin the cable car journey up the mountain.
The first cable car takes us to Hoa Yen Pagoda.
From here, we walk up a short flight of steps before continuing on the second cable car to the Buddha King Tran Nhan Tong Statue. If health and time permit, we continue trekking to the summit, where the sacred Bronze Pagoda is located — one of the most spiritual sites in Vietnam.
11:00 AM: Complete the cable car experience and travel to Paddy Home in Doan Xa Village, where lunch and afternoon eco-tour activities await.
12:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious, authentic Vietnamese lunch hosted by a warm and welcoming local family.
1:30 PM: Begin a relaxed bicycle ride through nearby villages. Cycle across peaceful rice paddies and stop to visit a traditional Vietnamese ceramic and pottery kiln.
3:30 PM: Continue cycling to the riverbank, where we board a sampan boat for a hands-on fishing experience on a beautiful, quiet river surrounded by nature.
4:30 PM: Cycle back through the rice fields and learn about Vietnamese rice civilization, including a hands-on experience with traditional water irrigation techniques.
5:00 PM: Return to the local home to freshen up, then bid farewell before transferring back to the ship for overnight stay.
6:00 PM: The day tour concludes.
