You can opt for the cruise company shuttle bus for your first-day Halong Bay tour.
For the second day, when returning from Halong to the village where the homestay is located en route to Hanoi, we can assist you in booking a 4-seat car, costing approximately 25 USD. Alternatively, you can choose to take a local public bus, priced at just 2 USD per person, with an additional fare for the taxi ride from the tourist boat to the harbor. Please provide this information when booking your Halong Bay cruise tour to facilitate operational arrangements.
Alternative Cost-saving Option:
To minimize travel expenses, we can arrange a pick-up from your hotel via a local limousine shuttle bus for a mere 10 USD per person, transferring you to our homestay.

Check-in Timing and Departure.
Check-in time depends on your arrival, commonly set at 2:00 PM, while check-out occurs by 12:00 PM. Many of our international visitors opt to check in around noon and check out by 10:00 AM, aligning with their cruise boat departure schedule in Halong Bay.

Your arrival at Paddy's Home will be determined by your departure time from the hotel in Hanoi, with an average travel duration of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Upon check-in to your accommodation, a delectable lunch will be served. Should you arrive a bit early for lunch, you're welcome to unwind by the pool, take a refreshing swim, or take a leisurely stroll around the village to acquaint yourself with the local daily life and culture.
Following lunch, at around 2:00 PM, we embark on a bicycle ride through the neighboring villages, traversing picturesque rice paddy fields. You'll have the opportunity to observe rice-related activities according to the season. Later, we proceed to the river to explore various fishing techniques. By approximately 5:30 PM, we return to our homestay for a relaxing session and indulge in a soothing foot massage in aromatic herbal water, situated by the swimming pool.
Come 7:00 PM, it's time for a delightful dinner. Afterward, you have the leisure to engage in private conversations or connect with the house owner, who has a unique history as a war veteran. Feel free to exchange stories and gain insights into their experiences.
Embrace the dawn of a Vietnamese new day with quintessential activities, beginning by engaging in a lesson of traditional Vietnamese martial arts for exercise. Then, savor a cup of tea amidst the serene courtyard.
